Aperol is the Ross Geller of liqueurs - a little bitter and overlooked compared to its more popular sibling Campari. But just like Ross ended up being the best Friend, Aperol shines when used right in cocktails like the Aperol Spritz or Paper Plane. Makes us do a little "Pivot!" in our drinking habits.
