Elderflower Sour
INGREDIENTS
2 oz OnePart gin
3/4 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Yuzuco juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
METHOD
1/ Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
2/ Perform a dry shake (shake without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to get the egg white frothy.
3/ Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10 seconds to chill.
4/ Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
5/ Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
